Meet Rebecca Hartzler, the primary contributor for The Style Nav. Her passion for all things style was passed down from her grandmother, Bobbie, who was the ultimate “Style Nav”. Even from a very young age, getting dressed has been an art for Rebecca. She began sewing at the age of 10, and made many of her outfits well into her 20’s, often getting stopped by people wanting to know where they could buy what she was wearing. Even though she still has the skill of sewing, Rebecca is a busy mom and now curates her closet by combining affordable pieces with key luxury accessories.
Before becoming primarily a stay at home mom to her son, A.C., born in 2016, Rebecca worked as an executive for brands such as Saks Fifth Avenue and Cartier, which also influenced her style over the years. Rebecca strives to support and shop from small, female-owned businesses wherever possible, but is also a master at finding great looks from well known stores in the mall. She believes true style has nothing to do with price or labels. For her, style is about the fit, how the look is put together, and most importantly, how one feels when they get dressed. In addition to blogging about what inspires her life, she is also a consultant in training and development for Moxie Professional Development.
On TheStyleNav.com, Rebecca not only invites you into her closet, but also her fitness and beauty regime, her home design projects, and her journey through motherhood. She also introduces you to her favorite local spots both in her neighborhood near Pasadena, California, and her part-time residence on the California Central Coast. Rebecca is passionate about sharing with her readers how she navigates life with style.
